Etosha Corner | Outjo | Namibia
Etosha Corner is ideally located on the corner of the C38 to the Etosha National Park & the C40 to Kamanjab. Originally a nursery it quickly developed and became so much more.
The Etosha Corner Nursery is now hidden behind what is fast becoming one of Namibia’s favourite wedding venues. Here you will find a venue big enough for two hundred guests, two boma’s for fire pits, a very well-stocked bar, a separate area for guests to wait while the couple is taking photos and a quaint little church.
The newest edition to Etosha Corner is an excellent curio and coffee shop. Shelves run wall to wall with some of Namibia’s finest delicacies. But there are also the cutest stuffed animals, wooden creatures, toys, books… whatever you may be looking for to take back home – I’m pretty sure you will find something here.
Etosha Corner as a Wedding Venue
A rustic farm environment unfolds in front of you when you walk into the midst of this stunning venue. But it is more than that. The final touches are soft and elegant. And when the courtyard lids up at night with hundreds of little lights, it becomes a fairytale beautiful with the old windmill standing rigid to keep a watchful eye.
Etosha Corner offers bridal couples the option to cater for their every need. Décor & food. And the food never disappoints! No matter how hard I try, I always eat too much when visiting.
Accommodation Options
But where do we stay? Outjo is a mere 10km away. Less than most people drive to work every morning. In Outjo there are several options, but for convenience’s sake, I’ll recommend Etotongwe Lodge right outside of Outjo on your way to Etosha Corner.
Willem Burger Safaris is less than 10km away on the C40 and offers 2 stunning air-conditioned rooms – also ideal for the bridal party to get dressed. The main house at Etosha Corner also offers a day room for bridal parties to get dressed.
